Fired protesters back to work at National Radio

Thu, Jun 28 2001 15:00 CET 11 Views
Most of the Bulgarian National Radio (BNR) staff members dismissed by the previous management were hired back to the same positions and with the same wages, BNR director general Polya Stancheva said last Thursday. They had to state their wish to be reinstated with an appeal to the director general.

Last Tuesday the members of the old leadership of the radio resigned, including the directors of the Horizont and Hristo Botev programs. New directors still have not been appointed.
