Taxi driver murdered in Sofia

A taxi driver was killed in Sofia on Monday, the Sofia Directorate of the Interior Ministry announced the next day. At about 2pm, the 31-year-old driver with the Taxi-S-Express company was taken to Pirogov with knife wounds to his chest. He died while being examined by doctors. According to preliminary police data, a client in the Knyazhevo district had stabbed the driver. The attacker threw him out of the taxi and tried to drive away but had an accident after 250m and abandoned the car. The police have started an investigation into the case.
