Football season to finish by December 12

The football autumn season in Bulgaria's division A has to finish by December 12. Only matches for the Bulgarian Cup can be held after that, if the weather conditions allow it. This was announced on Tuesday, October 2, by the Bulgarian Football Union. The football spring season will start on February 10, when the teams will be divided into two groups - from first to sixth position in the rankings and from seventh to 14th. The Bulgarian Cup starts on October 24, and 32 teams will take part.
