Customs officers at the Oryahovo border checkpoint (on the Danube, at the border with Romania), seized 130kg of heroin on Saturday, according to information released by the Vratsa Regional Directorate of the Interior Ministry. An initial test showed the heroin is of high quality. The customs officers found the drug in a truck owned by MAST Transport company, transporting textiles to England. According to police, the Turkish driver of the truck Kadamir Saban had smuggled the drug through the Kapitan Andreevo border checkpoint on the Turkish border.
