Bulgaria expects the performances of many celebrities in the summer of 2006. Sting and Alice Cooper are only two of the famous performers expected to visit the country.

Sting's concert will occur on June 12 in Nessebar, Darik radio reported. The concert is a part of his Broken Music tour.

In the middle of June Anastacia is also expected to perform for Bulgarian music lovers. On June 30 Alice Cooper will perform in Kavarna.

Cooper already performed in Bulgaria in 2000 in Sofia. The Kavarna music season will be opened with a free of charge Apocalyptica concert. On July 8 Nazareth and Joe Satriani will perform in Nessebar.

Whitesnake will appear before Bulgarian rock fans on July 25 in Kavarna. The last event will be a Simply Red concert in Nessebar on September 1.

Organisers said ticket prices will vary between 30 and 50 leva, taking into consideration the financial limitations Bulgarian music lovers face.
