FRENCH MEDICS PERFORM KIDNEY TRANSPLANTATION IN BULGARIA'S EMERGENCY INSTITUTE

From March 26 to 30 a team of French medics will take part in a kidney transplantation development project in Bulgaria.

French doctors will work together with representatives of Pirogov emergency institute and the university pediatrics hospital. A 6-year old child will undergo kidney transplantation on March 28, Focus news agency reported.

The medics are in Bulgaria to aid the execution of a joint Bulgarian- French child kidney transplantation project.

Medics from the visiting French team will take part in a press conference on March 27 to describe in more detail the initiative.

Among them are representatives of the French Biomedicine Agency and of Robert Debre hospital.
