The time needed to register a company in Bulgaria is expected to decrease significantly after July 1 2007.
Launching the national electronic database of Bulgaria's commercial registry on July 1 is expected to facilitate the procedure.
A company will be registered in five or six days, after the innovation is introduced, Focus news agency reported.
Sofia has commercial registries in 28 regional courts. All of the information will be transferred in the new electronic database.
Companies will have access to the registry and all information will be publicly available. International partners of Bulgarian companies will also have the option to research.
