BOMB BLASTS IN FRONT OF AN APARTMENT IN BULGARIA'S TOWN VRATSA

A bomb blasted on the terrace of the apartment in the town of Vratsa at 5.09am on August 21 2007.

Vratsa Water Supply and Sewerage company manager Angel Prestoiski is owner of the apartment, Focus news agency reported.

The bomb was self-made. No one was injured, but the blast caused damages.

The blast broke the windows of the nearby residential buildings, Focus said.

Prestoiski told Bulgarian National Radio that he had no idea who or why placed the bomb.
