In the morning of January 18 a meeting between Moscow mayor Yury Luzhkov and his accompanying delegation and Stefan Sofianski - member of Parliament of the parliamentary group of Bulgarian People's Union (BPU) and former Sofia mayor was held at Sofia's Sheraton Hotel, Focus news agency said.
Sofianski and Luzhkov gave an overview of current status of projects they once started together. Sofianski proposed to Luzkhov that they discuss new investment projects of Moscow in Sofia and on the North Black Sea coast, in the Kavarna-Shabla region. One project along the mouth of Kamchia river was already realised.
At the end of the meeting Luzhkov invited Sofianski and his wife to go visit in Moscow.
