The total investment in the facility exceeds three million euro, which Premier Pleven has allocated for the modernisation and the overhaul of its main plant-production headquarters. The new technology installed is reportedly "one if its kind in Bulgaria and set to give the firm a cutting edge in the business", according to Nikolai Nikolov, manager of the Pleven-based establishment in an official company press release, quoted by Stroitelstvo Gradut.

Premier Plaven is part of Sinergon Holding which has more than 30 other companies in the furniture industry business in Bulgaria. The firm produces seating furniture and beds, storage compartments and furniture, doors, drawers, and shelves as well as window frames, door frames and insulation materials.

The plant was subjected to a major overhaul, and after the new equipment was installed the 'new' plant was re-inaugurated following the Orthodox Easter.

The factory with its main store are situated at the western industrial zone in Pleven. The reconstruction of the facility was facilitated by Erstroi EOOD, under a project set up by M Invest Consult. The main consultant company overseeing the work was Stroikonsult GN99.

The entire interior and exterior have been revamped and a new production line has been installed. Within the main structure of the factory lies a large store displaying the produce. The perimeter has also been equipped with a new parking lot, pavements and streets linking the facility with adjacent industrial plants and the main street.
