Access to certain parts of Sofia by car, as well as parking in areas in the centre will be obstructed on October 22 2009 due to the Uefa Europa League encounter between CSKA Sofia and FC Basel.

Kickoff is at 10.05pm at the Vassil Levski national ground. Starting at 8pm, parking along the General Gourko Street between Evlogi Georgiev Boulevard and Vassil Levski Boulevard will be forbidden. Additionally, parking all around the national ground will not be permitted, Dnevnik daily has reported.

Starting 7pm, until the end of the match, General Gourko Street will be closed for traffic in both directions between Vassil Levski Boulevard and Evlogii Georgiev Boulevard and from Orlov Most until Cherni Vruch Boulevard as well as the section between Orlov Most and Boulevard Madrid. Concurrently, parts of Dragan Tsankov Boulevard will also be sealed for traffic.

From 7pm until the end of the clash, buses will work overtime to transport supporters after the match because of the late kickoff, and buses 76, 94, 280, 305 and 604, as well as the Sofia Metro, will operate until 1am.
