Late delivery: The Sofia Echo email bulletin

Because of a technical glitch, our email bulletin of October 27 did not reach readers until this morning.

The problem has since been corrected and normal delivery of the bulletin should resume later today.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this delay in delivery may have caused.
