Landmark Centre Varna will be offered for sale at a public tender at the initial price of seven to eight million euro on March 21 2012.

The organiser of the tender will be the Jones Lang LaSalle company.

Landmark Centre Varna’s financial reports show its largest debt is an investment loan of 6.9 million euro issued by Eurobank EFG Bulgaria in mid-2008 and secured with a mortgage, Capital Daily said, quoted by local news agency Focus.
