The second world choir festival of music will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece on April 27, 28 and 29 2012.

The festival is organised by the "KORAIS" Choirfor the second successive year and is dedicated to peace, friendship, cooperation, brotherhood and solidarity among all the peoples of the world.

It also takes place during a historic time for Thessaloniki which on 2012 celebrates the 100th anniversary of its liberation. For the above reasons, the second world choir festival of music will have a jubilant character.

The festival takes place in the official events hall of the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki, which is located at the center of the city and it is well technically equipped for artistic events. The audience entrance to the Festival will be through invitations, free of charge.

For more information and participating applications, any interested choirs are kindly requested to visit the "KORAIS" Choir webpage www.xorodiakorais.com
