The construction of Sofias highest building, Evropa Park will begin in autumn 2007 and the building will be finished in 2010.
The building will be a multi-functional complex featuring commercial, office and residential areas, hotel, cinema centre, fast-food and entertainment areas, Dnevnik daily said.
The complex will be a skyscraper of 40 floors and will be more than 150m high.
Advance Properties, ECE Projectmanagement Bulgaria, Balkancar Sredets and MTG - Angel Balevski will invest in the project.
Construction of the complex will be carried out in two phases, Dnevnik said. The first phase includes the construction of 70 000 sq m of commercial areas and 40 000 sq m of offices.
A residential complex, additional office areas, hotel and entertainment areas of total area of 250 000 sq m will be constructed during the second phase of the project.
Evropa Park project was presented for the first time during a property fair in the French city of Cannes, Dnevnik said.
