The Administrative Court in Sofia would finally find a new home, after the Council of Ministers allowed on December 20 the purchase of a building, mediapool.bg said.
A few days earlier, chairman of the Supreme Administrative Court, Konstantin Penchev, sent an open letter to the government, with an emotional appeal to solve the 'housing needs' of the largest administrative court in Bulgaria.
On December 20, government decided that the former Electroimpex building on Sofia's George Washington street would be bought for the Court's needs, mediapool.bg reported. The price of the building was 27 million leva.
The government decided that property be used for the needs of the Kyustendil Prosecutor's Office as well, mediapool.bg said.
