SOFIYSKA VODA
Teodora Kosave has been appointed chief financial officer of Sofiyska Voda. Kosave has been financial controller at Sofiyska Voda for the past two years and, prior to that, was financial controller at Roca. She is a member of UK Chartered Accountants Association and a graduate of the University of Economics in Varna.
HENKEL BULGARIA
Galina Kostova is the new manager of Henkel Bulgaria (HB) cosmetics business department. She will be the head of the trade and marketing teams. Kostova has worked for Henkel Bulgaria since 2000. She started the commercial activity of the company in Bulgaria. Prior to this position she was HM cosmetics marketing manager. Kostova graduated in business administration from Sofia University.
SOCIETE GENERALE EXPRESSBANK
Daniela Hristova has been appointed corporate secretary of Societe Generale Expressbank central office in Varna. She was head of the bank’s legal department from 2001. Hristova started her career as a junior prosecutor in Varna in 1992. From 1995 to 2001 she worked in the law office LGK & Co Law.
Hristova graduated in law from Sofia University and later studied at Queen Mary and Westfield College, London.
XEROX BULGARIA
Xerox Bulgaria has appointed Yulian Grigorov its general manager. Grigorov has occupied several managerial posts in Xerox’s international network in Europe and Asia since 2003.
RAIFFEISENBANK
Borislav Popov is the new procurator of Raiffeisenbank and will be in charge of the branch network. Popov has been with the bank since 2001. He was fully involved with expanding and development of the branch network. Popov has a master’s from Svishstov Economics Academy. He has had further training in international educational programmes on client service quality and communication skills.
UNICREDIT LEASING
Coriolan Filip and Walter Penkler are the new managing board members of UniCredit Leasing (UCL). Filip is the director of GBS and UCL chief financial director, while Penkler is chief risk director. Previously to his appointment in Bulgaria, for almost three years Filip was the head of UCL Romania retail sales. He has a degree in economics and additional qualifications in management and international accounting standards.
Penkler has been with the UCL group for 17 years. In 1981/82 he was commercial attache of Austria in Bulgaria.
ORBITEL EAD
Tudor Bosinceanu became Orbitel sales director on January 7. His responsibilities include national sales strategy definition and management of Orbitel sales force in Sofia and in the regional offices in Bulgaria. Bosinceanu has 13 years’ experience in sales and management, having started with Coca-Cola and RJ Reynolds Tobacco. For the past 10 years he has worked for Vodafone and Nobel Ltd. Before joining Orbitel, Bosinceanu was CEO of Combridge retail operations in Romania. He has an executive MBA from the National Institute of Economic Development in Bucharest.
