Brightpoint Bulgaria
Vladimir Kaitazov has been named general director of Brightpoint Bulgaria, a company that distributes wireless equipment for the telecommunications industry. Kaitazov will manage its business in Bulgaria, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia. Before joining Brightpoint, he directed the operations of Sagem Communications for Bulgaria for a period of two years. His career began in the commercial department of Heineken; he later moved on to management positions in Royal Dutch Shell, Siemens and Samsung. Kaitazov has a masters in economics and has specialised in the sphere of business management and development.

Preslava Georgieva is the new public relations manager of mobile phone retailer 2be. She will be responsible for media relations and external communication, along with realising communications programmes with various partner organisations and 2bes corporate strategy for social responsibility. Georgieva has many years of experience in the field of PR, having worked as the PR manager at Action Global Communications for British Airways and Piraeus Bank Bulgaria and with different non-profit organisations. She has also worked with corporate clients like Avon Bulgaria, Intel and Icygen. Before joining 2be, she was the PR manager of West Incorporated. Georgieva has degrees in journalism and mass communications and in South East European studies from the American University in Bulgaria and a masters in PR management from New Bulgarian University.
Petrol Holding
Ilona Avramova is the new business development director at Petrol Holding. She has more than 10 years of experience in the field of finance and audit. In 2004 she started work at Petrol Holding, becoming manager of the companys financial results and control department in 2006. Before Petrol Holding, Avramova worked as an auditor at KPMG Bulgaria. She has a masters in accounting and control; in 2007, she received certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
