The Euromoney Awards for Excellence continue to be the most respected global awards for banking excellence. The Best Bank award is given to institutions with strong commercial and retail banking capabilities. Investment banking is also examined.
HVB Bank Biochim wins the award Best Bank for a second year in a row, which proves our continuous successful policy for development of the group. This is an acknowledgement for all employees for their enthusiasm, professionalism and engagement to the work, as well as to our clients for their trust to work with us, said Peter Harold, CEO and management board chairman of HVB Bank Biochim and Hebros Bank and chief operations officer of Bulbank (UniCredits third bank in Bulgaria).
In view to support the Bulgarian economy and the Bulgarian companies on their way to the European Union, the group in Bulgaria established the first European Competence Centre. The centre consults firms and municipalities in the field of project financing on EU programs and other national financing programs.
