Economy and Energy Minister Petar Dimitrov and Deputy Minister Nina Radeva will announce the official signing of an agreement on the Development of competitiveness of the Bulgarian economy 2007 – 2013 on September 27.
The announcement was to be made at 14.30 in a restaurant in Sofia, a ministry press announcement said.
Before that, in Brussels, Prime Minister Sergei Stanishev and European commissioner for regional policy Danuta Hubner would officially sign the agreement.
The announcement would be made over a glass of wine, the press release said.
