INVESTMENT IN MALL PLEVEN RAISED TO 80M LEVA

Local company Mall Pleven AD announced it would raise its investment in the construction of a mall in Bulgaria's Pleven from 64 million leva to 80 million leva.

The Mall Pleven trade centre would have a footprint of nearly 10 000 sq m, investor.bg said. The total build-up area would be 46 800 sq m.

On November 6 2007, Mall Pleven ADs owner Alaeddin EOOD will be awarded first class investor for the project.

Alaeddin EOOD is property of Syrian Aladin Harfan owner of Technolux trade range.

Harfan plans to invest another 38 million leva in the construction of a trade and entertainment complex in the town of Kurdjali.
