Two companies were getting ready to launch their IPO's, Dnevnik daily said on December 10.
The two companies, Grain Foods Bulgaria (Zurneni Hrani Bulgaria) and voluntary insurance company Health (Zdrave), had registered with the Central Depository, the depository's weekly bulletin said.

The depository registered a capital of 170 million leva for Grain Food Bulgaria, which would start public offering between December 12 and 14.
On offer would be 42.6 million shares, with prices expected to range between 4.40 and 5.60 leva.

Voluntary insurance company Health would be the first health fund to become a public company. The close to 120 shareholders of the fund took the decision to go public in September 2007. They decided to increase the capital of the fund through a public offering of 705 000 shares with a nominal value of 1 lev, which would increase the fund's capital from 2.35 million leva to 3.1 million leva.
