An Oman state fund is to take part in carrying out the Super Borovets project in Bulgaria’s Borovets resort.
The fund and Equest Investment Fund have set up a joint company, Borovets Invest, for this purpose, Dnevnik daily reported.
Equest representative Georgi Krumov said that Equest had paid 10 million euro to hold 50 per cent of the new company.
Borovets Invest holds 67 per cent of the company responsible for the Super Borovets execution, Rila Samokov 2004.
Samokov municipality and construction company Glavbolgarstroy are the other shareholders in Rila Samokov 2004.
It was unclear what amount of money came from the Oman fund, Dnevnik said.
