Prime Property BG REIT has sold to Coral Residence Ltd. 40 432/ 40 407 ideal shares of a landed property in Ribarnitsata locality, on the land of Lozenets village, Tsarevo municipality (Southern Black Sea). The terrain has been sold for 958 867 euro, without VAT, according to a statement the company sent to the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

The estate is located in an urbanised territory designed for holiday/recreational facilities comprising an area of 40 407 sq. m.

In December last year the trust's executive director Borislav Stoyanov told investor.bg web site there is an option the vehicle to be listed on a foreign country stock exchange.

Industrial and retail properties would offer the greatest perspectives before investors, according to Prime Property's representatives.
