Local company BalPEx is organizing an exhibit of real estate and town-planning design in October 2007.

The forum will offer the clients direct contact with property supply in Bulgaria and abroad, Focus news agency reported.

Residential, vacation, business, trade, logistic and industrial properties, as well as golf courses project, will be presented during the expo.

Real estate companies, construction and investment firms and funds, architecture bureaus, insurance companies and credit mediators feature among the participants in the expo.

A number of conferences, seminars and presentations will accompany the event. It will be held on October 5 to 7 2007 in Inter Expo Cente in Sofia.
