PROPERTYWISE FOCUSES ON ALTERNATIVE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS IN BULGARIA

The April- May 2007 issue of PropertyWise magazine, the specialised real estate publication of Sofia Echo Media, will be on sale starting March 30.

Alternative developments, environmental assessment of property projects and ecological requirements will feature among the issue's topics.

PropertyWise will also analyse the manner in which the snowless winter season affected the property market in Bulgaria's leading ski resorts. The magazine will take a deeper look at developments in Bansko and will find out if the resort is still a good investment opportunity.

Readers will get the chance to read about various other topics among which trends in Bulgarian mortgages, Sofia's master plan and spa resorts in the country.

PropertyWise is a bi-monthly magazine, available for sale the last Friday of every other month.
