Zaha Hadid, the world’s most famous female architect and the first woman to win the Pritzker Price for Architecture will present her works in Bulgaria.
The exhibition will take place in the National Gallery for Foreign Art.
Hadid’s exhibition is part of the Week of European Architecture initiative, Bulgarian news agency BTA reported.
Major urban planning projects and interior design all feature in Hadid’s portfolio. According to many, she is one of the most influential contemporary architects.
The National Gallery for Foreign Art will present a model of one of Hadid’s most impressive developments, the Herault Culture Sport centre in France.
Contemporary architecture fans in Sofia will also see photos of some of Hadid’s most famous works.
