Earlier this week, quietly, we launched the new design of sofiaecho.com.

The new design is not just about a new, fresh look, but mostly about putting you, our readers, and our news central in a way that will help you find the information you are looking for even faster and easier.

Our newspaper that will come out on January 6 (issue 6) will have a full page dedicated to some of the changes and new features of the site. You'll find the article here online as well.

A few points from that article:

We have greatly simplified the structure. Gone is the separation of daily and weekly news. In its place is now a structure of 12 categories that cater different interests. The different categories all have different colours, which give you an immediate idea of where you are in the site

The registration system is integrated with the registration system of all other Economedia websites. If you have before registered at Dnevnik or Kapital for example, you will be able to use that registration to access sofiaecho.com as well. The other way around, your registration at sofiaecho.com does give you full access to archived publications of both Dnevnik and Kapital.
